If you order your copy now from Amazon, you’ll receive your book before I receive mine (the above photo shows me with my *ONE* preview copy).   My copies are on their way to me presently scheduled to get to me later this week, which means that pre-orders which were scheduled to ship on 12/8 are actually going to be shipped later this week–sooner than anticipated!
